    Toree A Vandyke: I went in here to just see about selling some of my jewelry. The older ladies in the back were so rude and I immediately felt so uncomfortable. I let them look at the items I brought and quite literally turned their noses up at everything. I had come in from the pawn shop down the street and the girls there were so sweet and recommended I go here to see if I could get more. I was at this place less than 10 minutes and the ladies said this was stuff I should sell on Facebook because they would give me at the most $20. This was for 6 diamond rings, a pair of earrings and a necklace. I understand that they have to resell it and it’s not even the amount I’m upset about. It was the treatment and how they addressed me. Like I was wasting their time. They were sitting in the back doing nothing. I will never understand how people in retail or anything where you are providing a service to others can get away with acting so cold to people just coming in to ask a question and see if they can help. They had beautiful items, so if you know what you want and don’t care about getting positive treatment at the hands of elderly women, this is the right place. Otherwise, the pawn shop .8 miles away has amazing service and just as beautiful items.

    Eva Boudreaux: Really pretty stuff, SOME of the staff is nice, but it’s a fake nice. They are always following you and there’s two sides to the store. When we were on the other side, an older woman radioed another person loudly and said there’s people here here too. I looked at her and she smiled really big and said how are you? I said fine. Like don’t make it obvious. There’s nothing I am going to steal that I can’t buy. Just make sure to be followed and stared at the whole time by fake girls.
