1 /5 Shardale Carmouche: Worst insurance company to go with for a car insurance. They started off with a decent amount but after 4 months of paying that amount it went up again $51 started paying that for a couple of months then it went up again and they couldnt explain why so I switched insurance companies worse insurance company to go with when you dont have an explanation of why they keep going up. Call the man to speak about why they going up I had to wait 2 weeks in order to get a hold of them and the only reason I got the hold of them cuz I had to go over there. The person that took the message was rude, they was rude when I got over there. Please people take it from somebody that has experience do not go with this company!!!! If I can go grading 1-10 wouldnt even be a one it would be a zero

1 /5 Dondranique Williams: When they answer the phone its always with an attitude, thats when they actual answer. Trying to get information about your policy or a new policy is impossible. They take your information and never call back. Service has definitely went down for this place.

Richard Hebert: It has been my experience that you DO NOT always get what you pay for, but you ALWAYS PAY for what you get! With that in mind, Allstates premiums may not be the lowest, but their service has ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST! When Ive needed them, BOTH ALLSTATE and the LENOX AGENCY have always been there for me. Jeff and his staff has consistently given me TOP NOTCH service -- courteously, efficiently, and professionally. When Ive needed to file a claim (and I HAVE DONE SO SEVERAL TIMES) I have always been happy with the claim settlement. When my vehicle was not drivable, Allstate came to me, or arranged for my vehicle to be towed to them. The settlement was always fair, and FAST! The same goes for my house insurance. Claims there did involve depreciation (its a mobile home), but were sufficient to help me repair the damages to my satisfaction. No one is perfect, but Allstates service has been CONSISTENTLY GREAT!
