1 /5 Joshua Fogarty: Pretty unreal. They sent my account to a collection agency over a $41 unpaid balance after I canceled my policies that I didn’t even know about. When I called them and asked why they didn’t call to let me know Before sending me to a credit collection agency they were extremely rude and told me that of course they didn’t have time to call their clients for things like that. awful

Also asked for a letter to change my agent. I want to be represented locally. He agreed to be my new agent. Sent form this morning.
