1 /5 Jay Graupp: Horrifying Service! I signed a legally binding contract to have my monthly business insurance premiums electronically deducted from my checking acct. Then a series of misunderstandings took place, and the first 2 premium payments were made by credit card so I would be insured and could continue my business.
Next I receive a notice that my policy would be cancelled if I dont provide a voided check from my checking acct within 5 days.
Trouble is, that letter arrived AFTER the cancellation date. Next letter was "we cancelled your policy due to non-payment 3 days ago".
Its impossible to run a business with a company like this.
