He came to her hospital room, listen then stated he need signatures of non family members for the will but then he had my sister, Donna Walker’s daughter, Megan Wilson and daughter in-law, Alisha Carroll sign the document that Aaron Carroll, her son was named executor of. Sound illegal, does to me too. Mr Kramer has never returned phone calls from my brother or myself nor has he completed the probate paperwork.
