    S S: We hired TONI to do our taxes and she handed them off to another girl that worked for her that had NO IDEA what she was doing. We are STILL waiting on taxes and a stimulus check from 2020 because of Toni’s unprofessional moves. If she had too much on her plate and couldn’t handle it HERSELF, we should have been given the option to have our taxes done by someone else, or at the least been TOLD that Toni HERSELF would not be doing our taxes. Instead, we were pushed off onto another obviously untrained employee who LIED to us on the day we went to pay Toni for our taxes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this business. You will be sitting on hold for months and you will NOT be happy with the outcome. Learn from my mistakes and take your money down the road to H&R Block. I promise, you’ll have a much better outcome.
