I went to his office & gave him my documents; he swiftly reviewed it for about 30min. He said, "Ill be out of town tomorrow, but Ill be able to review it thoroughly and will get back to you. In the meantime, send me the additional documents youve." When I get home, I emailed him the rest of the documents. He reviewed it and understood the business matter; he didnt waste no time to contact the other party. As soon as the other party got a call from Mr. Simien, they decided to settle and pay or wired me the appropriate amount!! It doesnt get better than this!
