    Heather Ledbetter: H & R block done our Puerto Rico tax return this year. It has been 3 months since we went to their office and filed. They have prepared our return but have not sent it in. They didnt know how to do our return so they sent it somewhere else. We called corporate and they are supposed to let us know something in 3 days. They keep saying its because of the government or because of Puerto Rico when they havent even sent it in. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend this office. They dont even call you back or try to find anything out for you.

    Teri Nalley: This hospital is absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Mitchell is a sorry excuse for a doctor. I went in on Monday May 12th because of my right ear was swollen and very painful. She looked at both ears and I ended up having an ear infection in my right ear. And she said my left one looked good. Come Wednesday after taking the oral antibiotics plus the drops exactly how they said to, my left ear became so swollen I could barely hear out of it. She came in the room with a terrible attitude and shoved the ear thing in my ear so bad that I screamed and started crying. She then proceeded to say stay on the antibiotics like I said and a harsh tone and walked out. I broke down from the pain, embarrassment, and discouragement, and walked out. As I was leaving I heard a very condensending bye from the nurses station. The ER staff is a joke. They should not have their medical license or be able to work in that field.
