He has fixed several pieces of jewelry for me and they always come back looking better than when I purchased them. He pays close attention to detail and listens to what you want. Hes always honest and very thorough. I highly recommend Grays and will always go to them over anyone else. Not to mention their jewelry selection is breathtaking! ❤

    Diana Kalani: I found a pair of shoes I loved but the shop didnt have my size. When I searched the brand, I found them here. I called the shop and the girl on the phone seemed very "put out" to find the shoes and make sure they were in both: in stock and perfect condition, at my request. I dont care to return items and I am certain the stores dont like it either! I gave her the brand and SKU of the shoe and she said they had a lot of shoes with that SKU (really :/) and to just go online and purchase them. Really poor customer service. When there are so many other great shops out there, shop owners should be very selective in who they are hiring to represent their stores. The shoes were fine, although a little small. Shipping was fast.

Mr Fad went through all my stuff and explained what it was what it was valued at and why it was valued that way . Ms Juliet at the front desk was very nice and helped make me and my wives experience even that much better. I shopped around and visited 2 other stores like this in the Baton Rouge area this same day and the offer/bid prices offered here were the best. 10/10 would recommend !!!

    shannon gutierrez: My 9 year old recently started a coin collection. Everytime we have stepped foot in this business, they have been wonderful with him. They take their time and show him special coins and bring items out from the back. Not only are they extremely kind, the prices there have been GREAT. They could have taken advantage of us, being novice collectors, but they havent. Definitely recommend.
