I was really nervous to leave my rings but Tim is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He also resized two other rings of mine in under 24 hours and did an excellent job! I will definitely take any jewelry I need cleaned or repaired here in the future as Tim is speedy, very reasonably priced, and does great work! :)

5 /5 Myrianne Gable: Same Day Service — I’ll Start There!!! I walked in with my dad’s watch and a broken necklace clasp, hoping for a quick fix. Mr. Tim greeted me with warmth and immediately set to work. The necklace? Fixed in less than two minutes! I couldn’t believe it. As for the watch, it hadn’t been worn in years and needed a special part. Mr. Tim kindly explained he would order it, and it would be ready in about a week. I accepted that, understanding there was no quick fix. But then—an hour later—I got a call. Mr. Tim had already found the part, repaired the watch, cleaned it beautifully, and had it ready for pick-up. I was ecstatic! My mom and I are beyond grateful because now she can wear my dad’s watch to his memorial service—something that means more than words can express. Mr. Tim also has a lovely selection of jewelry and watches for sale, which I’ll absolutely be coming back for. This kind of care, speed, and kindness is so rare. Thank you, Mr. Tim. May you and your business be forever blessed. You truly made our day.

Amberly From: Took my ring with 2 small gems on the inside of the band in to get a resize and Desi was super honest that he may not be able to save the gems (they weren’t set properly), I told him to just do what he can and I would be okay if the gems couldn’t be saved. He ended up resizing AND saving the gems! Can’t even tell it was resized and he cleaned and polished it beautifully. Price was great, done in an hour and I appreciated the transparency and the customer service from him and his son Brandon was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Originally the earrings just had diamond studs holding them into my ear lobes, but I didn’t like the way they sat on my ears. So I asked if they could turn them into lever back. They added the diamonds onto the lever back and attached the monograms and it came out so beautifully!! They’ve been very professional and have done a great job achieving my vision
