    Ryan Wilkerson: HORRIBLE BANK!!!!!!!Cant get a debit card when yours is lost or stolen. Will not print you a new debit card at the bank and it gets shipped to you weeks later from Tennessee for some reason leaving you with out a card. Theyll give you an ATM card that you can only get cash with and it only good for 14 days.Then when you finally get your card you have to wait for pin to get mailed days later. To talk to a representative your literally on the phone for an hour only to find out they dontknow anythingabout what theirdoing or how to help with the problem. Soon as I get back from a work trip to from California and my direct deposit will be complete. Im leaving Hancock for good. Worst bank ever!!!!!!!
