1 /5 Ashton F: If I could give zero stars I would. This bill of $1592 showed up on my credit report and when I called they state this is a hospital bill for my minor son who is on Medicaid. They have attitudes, they dont have a phone number to where the bill originally came from I called the hospital ER billing and the physician billing phone numbers who state my balance is $0 and was paid by insurance. This is predatory on peoples credit. I myself have been trying to buy a house.

1 /5 Dustin: This company is pathetic, Ive called all day(Wednesday) and nobody answers after being on hold for 10 minutes every time. Ive left 5 voicemails and still nothing. Another disgusting collections company that cant even answer the phone to dispute negative things they put on someones credit.

5 /5 Mary M.: I had an old medical bill that I was not aware of (due to moving several times in 3 years). When it appeared on my credit report, I called Transfinancial in Baton Rouge. I spoke with Sara, she was kind and respectful with me in the phone. She gave me the details of the bill that was placed for collection. I was able to pay the bill over the phone, she promised I would have 2 letters emailed to me within 2 days showing that the collection was paid and a letter showing it would be deleted from my credit report. She told me it would take 30-45 days to come off my report. She made good on her promises....I had the emailed letters in 2 days and in only 2 weeks this collection was removed from my credit report. I could not be happier!

1 /5 Michael Maerz: Very suspicious collection agency. They reported a false unpaid amount ($100) to Equifax for an alleged doctors visit on my wifes credit report (under collections) that we, in fact, dont know about and never received a bill for, neither from the hospital nor from our insurance company. Even though the amount is petty ($100) it still affected my wifes otherwise stellar credit score ..... We have filed a dispute & are waiting for the outcome of the dispute - if they act stupid enough to not remove it from her report then they can get ready for a lawsuit. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Businesses like this should be rigorously investigated and shut down!
