1 /5 Sasha Asheghi: Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didnt work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didnt quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldnt repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldnt give me a refund for the original repair which was $20.
0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, thats how pissed I am.
