I’ve only had 1 negative experience and that was via phone with an older sounding lady who sounded like she would rather be somewhere else other than answer my simple question of had my paperwork come in yet from the dealership. When tried to thank her she essentially hung up on me. FYI door stated hours of operation is M-F 8am-4:30pm. Not 8-5.
