1 /5 Chris Cooley: I have used this business for many many years and have never had any problem until today, I brought my wedding ring in to have it repaired , (I lost a diamond )and I also had the exact diamond in another ring that could’ve been used, but instead of helping me she told me they were busy and I asked how long it would be and she wouldn’t give me an answer. I didn’t need it to be done today. All she did is put my ring back in the case and told me she couldn’t because they were busy. I could’ve left the ring. I’m just shocked, I felt embarrassed the way she talked to me, it was very unprofessional and rude.

The owners, Shane ahd Joy, are wonderful, amazing people who treat everyone like a friend, and they offer loyal, unforgettable service. And Joy can gift wrap like no one else! The couple that run it are 100% honest and great people all the way around, I love going there and when I need something fixed the old dude as I call him waste no time unless hes backed up and they are just so nice to everyone! Definitely recommend then to anyone trying to get high quality jewelry for a fair price.

I have bought a LOT of jewelry and gifts from them, over the past 25 years and each and every one of the items I bought, were well priced and reasonable. Ive had jewelry repaired as well. The people are friendly and they have many unusual gift items that you dont see in a lot of places. Great shop! I always go to Wards before anyone else. Fair pricing.
