brent trahan I needed an estimate for an accident, I called on the phone the gentleman’s wife answered she was polite and stated I could come for the estimate. I did, the owner was also very polite, professional, and accurate on providing and estimate. I went to 2 other shops in Crowley they were rude and acted as if I was bothering them, not the kind of people I trust with my car, Hayes body shop was the opposite and I have no issue waiting for my turn to repair my car I’m Sure his work is as professional as the service for the estimate. If you need work done and an estimate come here friendliest at most professional shop I’ve dealt with in the Crowley areas.

Chris Abshire Very bad. I advised him what I thought was wrong (bearings)he said he changed them. Along with CV joint assembly from Yamaha almost 3 times the price of after market. I told him to let me know what it would cost me. He did let me know how much after he already did the work. He charges me 700.00 for CV joint assembly (189.00) and boot for other side, air filter(25.00) . I old him I did not want to spend a lot of money and to get with me 1st. I could have ordered a CV joint for 74.00 after market. No difference. And then he charged me 4 hrs. I warn all out there, he is not someone you want to deal with. People warned me after the fact. And I am Chris Abshire

Amanda Jarvis We were broke down in LA about 400 miles from home. These guys got us back on the road in 2 hours after they opened even though they had other work to do. They diagnosed the truck in just 30 minutes and had the part ordered. They were really friendly and honest and charged a fair price for the water pump. They checked their work and took it for a test drive. We just so grateful! They did an amazing job! I would recommend to them to anyone!! Tori Pie NOT 24 HOURS. Broke down on a Saturday night. Called a few times between 9pm-11pm, no answer or went directly to voicemail. Called a few more times Sunday between 8am-10am and still never picked up. Calls were either directly rejected (right to voicemail) or kept ringing and the voicemail box was full. Ended up fixing my own car in a parking lot over the course of two days.
