Tim Palmquist The fan belt on our F150 broke this afternoon (a Friday) on our way through LaGrange, so after searching for nearby repair shops (and being told we would need to wait days) I eventually found Auto Service Center and struggled hard to steer our truck one more mile down the street to their shop. Even though it initially looked like the belt broke because of some other bigger problem, it apparently was just a broken tensioner. They got to work on it very quickly (even though I could tell they were busy and probably even overwhelmed), and finished it more quickly than they said they would. It really was true that they treated us like family, even though we are thousands of miles from home. And the charge was very reasonable. From a plaque on their wall we could see that they honor God with their business. And they even let our teenage daughter catch the final episode of her favorite series which she had missed.

Pigeon Creek Fryers has been a very good buisness in my hometown of lagrange for many many years. They have always had a good reputation and still maintain that today. I had not visited them in over 30 years, however returning from vacation this week I had a tire going flat. I drove right past the shop pulled In a checked on the time it would take to have the tire patched. They were busy but took my truck on back and got me on the road darn quick. The tech as well as the office staff are very professional and even more friendly. The cost was reasonable and beat the heck out of a visit to the dealership. I do have a new truck so I do service at the dealership, however I highly recommend Fryers. Fryers, I greatly appreciate your help!

Wendy I had extensive work done to my Toyota tundra 2021. I live in my RV I travel all around and really it was my fault. The oil ran out of my engine and I didn’t do anything about it. So I needed a new engine. I was in Franklinton. I don’t know this city very well. I don’t know this company very well, but I asked them to go ahead and put in a new engine. My God they did such a great job. I’m so grateful for them

Lynn King Thankfully, I just had some regular maintenance, oil change and such, but my visit was great. I dropped in last minute while I was in town and they fit me into their busy schedule. The staff is friendly and professional and knowing I was going on a long trip, took a bit of extra time to do a thorough once over on my vehicle to check and make sure I would have a safe drive home. They are family owned, and you can tell they take pride in their business and care about those they serve. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks again for the great service!

ROY BECKER Not handicapped friendly like it says on their website. The bathroom is not handicapped friendly,neither is the door and they sit there and watch you but to lazy to get up and open the door for someone in a wheelchair. Also. The parking lot is not handicap friendly either.

Debbie Ellis Not satisfied went to get my drums fixed on the back of my car the man that worked on it said it was just dusty and so he cleaned the dust out. It wasn’t three weeks later the noise is worse than ever. I am worried about my brakes failing me. I will not be taking it back to them seem like they didn’t want to put new drums on when I had the money to do it. Now I’m stuck with brakes that I’m worried about.

Star Locke I walked in and let them know I needed a tire changed on my car and in no time I was changed and ready to go. I was also really glad it didnt cost me an arm and a leg, which I will admit, I was expecting. In fact the price was perfect for my budget, $3.46. I definitely recommend Genes Tire Center for all your tire related issues. Nice benches to have a seat on outside while you wait. Not sure if theres a public restroom.

Gail Howell My husband went up there to get a trailer tire on and they put a new one on there. It’s $128 and then the tire wasn’t put on all the way and he told him it would pop back in. We’re not no dummies you don’t let the tire just pop back in so he went back And told them to put the old tire back on there because he didn’t put the first one back on their right and then he charged me $28 to do all that he just gave me $100 back. I don’t think it’s fair and I would never go to this place again

Chuck Autin I unfortunately had 2 wrecks in 4 months all my fault ! The help and assistance Jamon and his staff was beyond measurable ,twice he fixed my car and Chase and Heather the all awesome ! The work was like having a Brand new car and walk away with a big smile and Happy Heart ! We are truly blessed that Jamon is living Jody’s legend but I will say Jamon stepped it up a notch ! Jason Branch The most shady excuses for mechanics Ive ever seen in my entire life charged me almost almost a thousand dollars to fix a faulty thermostat after the third time I brought it back also supposedly fixed my oil leaks have had to put two & a half quarts oil in the three weeks I have had it back in the meantime I left my pickup there to get the ac fixed just picked it up $542.31 later it is worse than it was before I dropped it off btw they are operating as Ladner Automotive, LLC now dont let them fool you big time crooks

Mercedes Horrible service ripped off on prices and misdiagnosed 3 times prices are ridiculously high not a honest place to take your car for service I spent 1400 dollars on a job that want done to a professional level I dont like mechanics that lie and talk about other mechanics in the area but dont practice what they preach.
