Jamie took my call at 230 in the afternoon, and helped me troubleshoot a debilitating electrical problem with my airlift kit entirely over the phone across multiple hours. I have my fair share of electrical know-how but cars are completely unknown to me and he easily walked me through every step of the process until we had isolated the only possible piece in the issue and upon fixing it, the car is up and running perfectly. Once again, the customer service of this group in unrivaled, especially in the auto industry, and I cant recommend any automotive technician anywhere nearly as much as Jamie. Lacey Dodge Brought my vehicle for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Jeff, the general manager was there and went above and beyond! While they were changing my oil, they did a quick inspection and realized one of my headlights was out. He offered to change it out for me, I didnt even know they could do that! Dawn Mason Where to start with Mr. Tassins Generosity today!! We drove to Marksville to see my mom for Thanksgiving. On the way back home my husbands truck thermostat went out and had to turn around and drive back . A friend if mine recommend Mr. Tassin for auto work since we had no ideal where to go the day after Thanksgiving. Mr. Tassin was closed but happened to show up at his shop. Not only did he fix my husbands truck but took him to get him the parts and the bank and fixed his truck being the only one there. There are still some good people out there in this world. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone. He made an unhappy ending to our Thanksgiving to a happy one to be thankful for. It was so frustrating, a job that should have taken less than 1 week took 3 weeks. However, the owner Ricky seem to be determined to make it right.

Joshua Dupuy Do not bring your vehicle here if you need any type of work done!! The owner told me it would take 2-3 weeks for my 96 Chevy to have the transmission rebuilt. I paid $1900 up front in good faith. After 8 weeks (and multiple phone calls) of my truck just sitting next to his shop and it not even being looked at, I decided to ask for a refund. The owner, Todd Laprairie, gave me the run-around and refused to give me my money back. Im still in the midst of getting my money from him. Will update once everything is settled.

And he also straight up lied to me said he had called me twice about my truck never called once . Took it to a dealership said my transfer case was shot got a rebuilt one runs perfect so this guy is a joke waste of my time ..
