Shana Pinson I recently broke down 4 hours from home while working. Found this place which tows and works on your vehicle. My total for everything I needed done was 950$. I go to pick my car up paid for the service before hand bc it was Memorial Day weekend. I was super excited bc it sounded so great and fixed well I drive to my friends in Shreveport and the next day we go to clean it and someone had went thru my entire car. My console was dug thru. Papers and pictures that I know I put away before they towed it were moved from my console to just in my cupholders and stuff. I just purchased a cutting hair kit and I didn’t think bc it was in a box I’d need to grab it bc they would take my things but they definitely dug all thru my car and took whatever they wanted. I had shoes missing. It’s insane. I work so hard for my things man. And then to turn around and pay this asshole 950 bucks just pisses me off there shitty people I would not recommend unless you have time to take every single thing out your car so it doesn’t go missing in your part. Because it’s my fault I couldn’t carry all my shit when I had to get towed!!!

Felicia Andy My son was in a wreck Friday and we had to find out where the State Troopers sent his bike to get towed and called them 20+ times Saturday and finally got a response saying they were sick and we would have to wait till Monday we call today and they still charged us for it being there all weekend even though we tried to come get it on Saturday! How are you gonna advertise 24/7 towing service and not answer your phone or let customers come pick up their vehicle but still charge!! I see there are still lots of crooked people in the world with all this mess already still going on with people not even being able to barely afford to feed their families but they are gonna make sure theirs is fed abundantly!!!

Dan Dupree Would give ZERO stars if possible. I used them once before and they replaced an alternator on my tuck. They also replaced a belt and charged me $60 that I didnt authorize but I paid it anyway. They also had different prices if you paid cash. Fast forward to today. I had my car delivered there via tow truck due to another alternator. The woman asked if I had an appointment and I told her no, that I just had it delivered there. She went to the back and came back and said they couldnt take it. I asked why. She then returned to ask and a man came in and was making "shooing" gestures to me like you would to a pet to get them away. He said "Im not dealing with no alternator and Im swamped and I just hurt my back so take it somewhere else. I dont mean to be rude but thats just the way it is". I can only assume this man has enough family and close friends to keep his business afloat with customer service like that. He shall not have to be burdened with my measly business EVER. Darrens Automotive is right across town and they took it willingly and happily. Hams is a total disgrace.

He didnt charge me a thing because it wasnt a huge issue and I chose not to have it further worked on. I will be visiting again for any vehicle problems in the future!

Chris Houchins Stopped in the other day to get a fuel filter for my Dodge Ram and they charged me either 50 or 52 dollars for it. I travel for work and always try to shop local wherever I am. I was in a pinch so I paid it but afterwards was able to get online to buy the exact same Napa filter for 19 bucks. Will definitely not be using these price gougers ever again.

HayHauler05 HD I was coming home from Texas on 12/3/21 close to dark with my fifth wheel camper, on I-49 south of Natchitoches my Duramax had an idler pulley go out and burned my fan belt off, I was hours from home and no one to come to me, I called Oreillys, Autozone and a couple wrecker services and no one would bring me the parts I needed, I begged and said I would pay extra to bring to me I could fix it myself I just needed the parts. I was 7ft off the interstate and 18 wheelers were blowing by 80mph and they would not move over a lane I was in a bind. I called NAPA they were my last hope, JJ answered the phone, had the part I ask to deliver to me and he brought it to me in his personal vehicle when he got off work. This was a life saver and this reflects on the good quality of this NAPA store and the management it has, NAPA in Natchitoches really set themselves apart from the competition I hope management there reads this they should be proud of their store and employees.

From the moment I contacted them to picking up my truck was only 2 days! They took the time to show me what the problem was and reassured me that I would be back on the road in a couple days. I’ve put over 1000 miles on my truck since then and have no issues. AT A REASONABLE PRICE as well. Matter of fact I felt like they didn’t charge enough. Susan Patterson These folks had my GMC for 12 days, they dont answer their phones & dont return calls. No way to reach them for 12 days when I was told it would be 3 days to fix my transmission. Theyre rude & obnixious. Dealt with business all over the world and have to say the owner is the most unprofessional Ive ever had the displeasure to meet. He cares nothing about his customers. So much for Southern manners! We need competition to put this business on notice. Btw, there were other customers retrieving their unrepaired vehicles today as well. Shame on Kelly Coleman for such an ugly representation of such a beautiful place!

Steven Enlow Clanton The one thing I look for in any business is when they give you a time frame, then either have it completed or if there is reasonable unforeseen circumstances with a repair then one would take that into account for a delay. However, to be quoted a week and a half, then next week, and now 3 weeks with absolutely no work done to even start on the vehicle, that’s very very poor business. Gonna find someone else who can actually do the work when they say they will.

P&S was not only able to give us an exact quote over the phone, they offered the lowest price with multiple options for finishing the repair. They finished quickly and well within the time frame they gave us. The service is friendly and honest. We will definitely return the next time our cars need repairs or maintenance.
