Kenneth & Amanda Poole Unfortunately I can not give a good review on this place. I took my truck there for tires and to put a PCV valve on it ( no issue paying for tires ) To find out the turbo needed replaced. Wallace mechanic said he could replace the turbo in 9 hours. That was on Wednesday. I purchased the Turbo and dropped it off on Thursday. On Monday, I was told they couldn’t do the job because they couldn’t get the turbo out. My truck was in pieces where they took it apart and couldn’t be driven so it had to be towed to another mechanic. Wallace charged me a tow bill even though their mechanic made it not drivable. Once at the new mechanic, we seen nothing was put back on the truck and Wallace mechanic did MORE damage to my truck costing me more money. They left parts dangling off the truck, parts thrown inside my truck. Oil draining out of the turbo where it wasn’t bolted back together and bent. My window was rolled down (they shouldn’t have hooked battery up and turned key to roll it down, it’s a diesel and doing that makes the motor cycle which could have caused more damage that we don’t know of yet) They tried to pry the turbo off and bent the studs and scuffed the manifold, had to order new studs and have the manifold resurfaced. They bent the metal gasket that stops exhaust from coming out and I had to purchase another one. I am being charged to clean the oil up on the bottom of the motor!!! In total so far at the new mechanic I am out $3000 cleaning up Wallace’s mess. When I called Wallace’s, the mechanic insisted the new mechanic did all the damage without know I have pictures of it sitting on a Wallace tow truck pouring oil out and all the parts not on the truck! I am out $4000 in work this week as this is my work truck. I hope non of my work papers blew out the window while it was on the rollback! Brad the mechanic at Wallace really shouldn’t be cussing and screaming that he put it all back together without realizing I took pictures. (ps Brad, they didn’t need a blow torch to remove turbo and they didn’t need to sell it to Canada)

Roxanne Santos What amazing service we got. My husband had called a few days ahead to ask about an item they dont keep in stock. They gathered all the info and answered all his questions. They had everything available when he arrived and explained it all again so he could know exactly what he was buying. As soon as we pulled up we got an enthusiastic greeting from the staff. We had brought along our toddler son and they offered us a juice box for him while we waited although they did have vending machines available. They seem to be following all covid guidelines so we were comfortable there. I cant speak about the repair services yet, but we will update this review if we do.

I understand you have your regulars and they are important to you.... But dont forget new people can also be potential regulars as well..... We didnt buy the part we needed and they had not because of the price but because of the customer service. Thats why I only gave 2 stars

blue_is_not_sad This is the slowest most chaotic shop I have ever been to. It took over three hours to get all four tires changed because the mechanic was an hour late. I heard children screaming and babies crying workers yelling across the building about different tickets and orders, If you work night shift they do NOT care about your time, you will be sitting here all morning for the simplest tasks. If at all possible GO ELSEWHERE. Unhelpful staff who explain nothing and just spend all day cussing at each other and sitting around, or walking around doing nothing to look busy.
