Amelia Pellegrin JC is an excellent coach and the community here is fantastic. I love that it’s small, inclusive and super clean. A lot of love and care has gone in to this place you should check it out! I’ve lifted at a bunch of gyms but JC has fixed my form tremendously in just a few workouts!! Great coach!!

Dijon Johnson I absolutely loved this Plates class! AJ was amazing — super personable, fun, and really attentive to everyone’s form. The playlist was rolling the whole time and kept the energy up! Greg Johnson This is a smaller (square footage) gym in Gretna, LA. Its just over the Crescent City Connection on Lafayette St. They have a crossfit rig and a cage, if the cage is in use. the cable machine is more narrow, but still works. There is alot of machines packed together. Due to the lack of space, the machines dont have 6 feet between them, so theres a need to physically space youself. There are lots of antimicrobial wipes and of course wear a mask Other then that I do recommend.

Laurie Kelleher I just moved and transferred my membership here. Every employee have been so very nice. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner working and hasn’t work I know in 2 weeks. Makes My workouts difficult.
