Brock Herron Hands down the best workouts I’ve ever had. I’ve lifted weights for years, ran many road races and spent 6 years in the military and prefer this type of training over anything else. Coach Bryan is a great instructor leader and spends time with each person teaching the movements, ensuring safety and pushing everybody through the training together. The atmosphere and camaraderie are awesome, it keeps me coming back and pushing through every workout. My wife and I both signed up and go together. Definitely worth the money!
