1 /5 Cheryl Gray: Biases abound in this country, rural, and good ole boy establishment. They ban people of color and low income from being able to enter the casino or the truck stop for minor infractions. Yes some behaviors warrant administrating such tactics however; there are ones like mine that have BANNED ME FROM ENTERING THE CASINO FOREVER. 15 years ago I MISTAKENLY cashed in an expired coupon for $10. When I was told about it I quickly remitted the $10 in cash to the casino. This happened in 2-3 days later. However, after seeking admission back into the casino after these 15 years, I was told that the head manager agreed with the decision to continue my ban. Yet when I spoke with Mr. Judd over the phone he said that if he banned everyone who had an expired coupon; he wouldn’t have any customers. He told me to speak with manager Mark (described as a Christian and kind hearted man), assuming he wouldn’t be so difficult to deal with for this old, reimbursed venue to allow my reentry into the casino. Yet Mark , being fed bull by.2 female casino workers who don’t like me at all. They have made it their express duty to tell any new manager the story of my banning so that the ban will remain year after year and manager after manager. No I wouldn’t recommend!

1 /5 Tammy Ward: Would like to call and file a complaint about on of the servers but probably a waste of time cause shes been there awhile but whomever left review about one particular server that only caters to winners and mostly men was point on -rachel and shirley are great - fyi silver fox has gained a lot of customers due to this one particular server- I may still call and complain but they wont do anything about her -

Morris Wolfe: If I could, I would give it ZERO stars... Im an owner operator, stuck in this small town waiting to pick up my load tomorrow and decided to visit this place... horrible idea on my part! The security guard was so RUDE because I walked in with a soda that I bought from next door. He quickly told me that I couldnt bring it in before I could finish wiping my feet, I replied "ok, cool". So, I asked do they serve drinks in here or do I have to buy a drink to stay. He replied they have drinks but I needed to leave. So, I turned to walk back out the door, reached in my pocket for a cigarette and he walked up behind me and told the bartender to call the police, to which she agreed, cause he wasnt dealing with this... at this point, Im extremely confused as to what I had did wrong. I was in there less than 60 seconds and will NEVER return. If you not from this place, DONT GO HERE, BEWARE!!! They arent nice to you if youre not from here and will call the police for anything, even if its as simple as a soda!

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel - Prior Lake

Kris Schwarzbauer: I have visited Mystic Lake Casino a couple times and have never been too disappointed. I have never stayed in the hotel so I will not speak on that. Both times I visited Mystic I used the valet parking service and both times I had incredible experiences, more so the first time. I took an expensive loaner BMW through valet and the attendant was so friendly and complimented me on the car two or three times. They were careful with my BMW and Toyota alike which I think is awesome -- no double standards. I think about these experiences a lot they were so wonderful! Both were fast, professional, and convenient. The slot machines are what you would expect. We visited the gift shop both times and the employees were very knowledgeable and kind. We visited the tower restaurant on Visit #1. The host was very quick and friendly. It was a fairly steady night so our server took awhile to get to our table. When she got there though, she was awesome! I wish I knew her name because her charisma and charm was off the charts. Half a year later and I still remember her! The most memorable item from our meal was the delicious giant pretzel! This is a more pricey option for food. On our second visit we visited the fast food option. Despite going sort of close to closing time, the staff was still professional and our food was made to order and delicious. This is by far the most budget friendly option. I was impressed with the variety! I give it a 4 only because the campus is a little confusing to navigate, especially if you arent a regular and its night time. I was also very disappointed to find a 21 check in age for the hotel compared to other casinos in MN, but thats a fairly minuscule thing.

Sarah Carling: Its kept pretty clean, they do a good job with the cleaning inside and out. Corporate could come give it a little have lift though, showers and bathrooms are pretty beat and parking lot needs a better base. But the staff are all very friendly and seem to do well keeping up with the number of customers they get.

Patricia DeWitt: Every night they close at 1:00 AM just has you start to win any money they start hollering cash out we are closing at 12: A.M. one time then the next two times it was 1:00 A.M. why do they say 24 ours when clearly they don’t stay open so I’ve just stopped giving my business to them and just take it by the Mississippi line casino and if the owner doesn’t realize that he’s beginning to lose a lot of business every since they got a new manager it has gone to hell go spend your money and can’t even get a 25 cent coke
