5 /5 Liz Parker: Highly recommended. So many hot machines and such great staff!!! Notably, Ms. Kathy goes above and beyond to and makes everyone feel welcomed. It wasnt the same monotonous and miserable service you get at the other OTB/local small casinos because of Ms. Kathy. Seriously, 5-star service. Heck, she could be this places good luck charm! With that being said, everyone who enjoys a little gambling or just video poker should 100% go to Elmwood Fair Grounds OTB & Casino. You are bound to win big or even a little. Id also like to add that the bathrooms were nice and clean. Too many times these establishments dont keep up with the hygienic level in the restroom, but have no fear this one does. Hope this helps anyone contemplating on this place being a good and safe to go play a little bit. Trust me, you wont regret coming here just based on the experience alone even.

5 /5 Michael Okendo: This place gets 5 stars because they have a cigarette machine. They also have alcohol and a really good range of machines. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. They have rooms for non-smokers which is awesome and they have a great introduction system where if you use your ID to get a free 5 bucks. Personally I dont gamble so I gave 5 bucks over to the lady friend I was with. She won $10 and lost the five in the end. It doesnt mean youre going to lose, give it a shot pretty cool place.

1 /5 Candace Barker: I have been playing here for years and today will be the last day I ever play. Assistant manager Dawanna was absolutely rude and embarrassing to me I was on my phone my friend texted me but she say it was she walked by me stopped and said you can’t be in here not playing mind you I just spent 100 dollars so I put more money in and continue my text she came back to tell me I’m still not actively playing don’t matter what you got in there lol what!! So I can’t stop and take a phone call or text what you doing like that you really don’t have to be so rude and miserable I literally was coolin minding my business and you came at me for no reason. The people that heard her said that was out of pocket that I was totally not even rude even after the fact she came at me 3 times I play at my own pace for one two I just lost money three I didn’t know phone aren’t allowed while playing she was rude for no reason at all I definitely feel like it was because of a certain thing and I will report her I think I will be talk with an attorney about being treated like trash after losing money in that place sad miserable lady
