Horseshoe Lake Charles - A Caesars Rewards Destination - Westlake Isabella Carter: What impressed me the most about this hotel was the genuine care shown by the staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, and they anticipated needs before I even had to ask. The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The facilities were modern, and everything functioned flawlessly. I especially enjoyed how quiet and serene the environment was, making it easy to rest and recharge. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of quality, hospitality, and comfort, but this hotel delivered it effortlessly. I would rate this place five stars without hesitation and will absolutely stay here again in the future.
Lucky Star Casino Hotel & Convention Center Watonga - Watonga Shauna Long: We love this casino/hotel. The rooms are very modern and updated. The floors and bathroom were VERY clean. We had a king and it was equipped with a sofa, coffee bar, water and smart TV. The Rez restaurant has a good amount of options. The ONLY downfall of this casino/restaurant is there is no wall separation and it IS a smoking facility. A huge ick but our stay was only a night.
