Jacob Broadway Great place to worship. There are bible classes for all ages. They have amazing kids programs. It really is an inviting place that makes you feel welcomed. You have to check it out for yourself. Highly recommend.

Rini Shaji Started coming to this church in May 2020. Pastor Joey is a man after Gods own heart. They are living upto their motto, "Exalt Jesus, Equip the church, and Evangelize our world". They livestream their Wednesday Bible study and Sunday church service on facebook. They have two services on Sunday due to covid (8:30 am & 10:30 am). I feel everybody is welcome here and they feel like my family now. Come and see for yourself.

Taylor Westbrook I have attended this church all my life with my grandparents and it is a very beautiful church with so many compassionate loving people it’s a wonderful church and they always have something going on and activities for all ages ! I would recommend this church to anyone looking for a home church !!!

S J We lived there, in Bastrop, 50 years ago. The town was doing good, we were starving and came from an abusive domestic situation which was horrible. The people of Bastrop treated us just as bad as from what we were running away from. We had very little food and my mother had too much pride for food stamps. I was very young and my brother and I went down to the church and asked if they had some food. Two of the mean old church women followed us back down about a block and questioned our mom. No, they didnt give us any handouts or even a morsel of a food offering, other than to let us know that we were welcomed for Sunday Services. Well, now we are millionaires and Bastrop, LA is getting their Karma.

Cristie Bolton First Presbyterian Church of Bastrop is my Church Home. At no other Church have I felt the feeling of belonging as I do here. I was baptized here, and so were my oldest 2 boys. My youngest son expressed that he is ready now.
