5 /5 Mary Rachal: All 3 of my children have attended the Montessori School of West Monroe. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful school. The staff is amazing and provides a loving and caring environment where the children can do their work, learn, and play. My 2 children who have completed the program are both strong academic students and have a love for reading that credit the Montessori school for instilling in them. It will be sad day when my last child completes the program. I cannot recommend this school enough!

The structured approach to learning is truly excellent, providing children with a stimulating environment that fosters the development of essential skills for their academic journey ahead. One of the standout aspects of this Montessori school is the quality of its teachers. They are not only well-trained but also display remarkable patience and understanding when working with young children. It was heartening to see how they engaged with each child, tailoring their approach to suit individual needs and learning styles. 5 /5 Laura Blackwell: The Montessori School of West Monroe is second to none and such a gem in our community. Cindy Vance and her staff are amazing and make each child feel seen, loved and valued. They have such a well thought out and prepared environment for child led learning that lets each child thrive. We could not be happier with the hands on learning and real life development that Montessori school of west Monroe has given our children.

5 /5 victoria krutzer: I can not begin to explain how special and amazing Montessori is. Let me first start share our story: my first son went to cottage and did amazing and the next year we placed our second son there. This is where is got difficult. Believe it or not we were told only a month after starting that he wasnt ready and they suggested some things we might do with him. Long story short, these amazing ladies helped us by leading us on the path we needed to help our son who has a learning disability we would have not noticed for a few more years had it not been for them. The next year we came back and did cottage then we stayed for another 3 years. My boys both thrived in this environment and once introduced to a conventional classes were begging to go back to Montessori. The style of self lead, placed based learning is truly perfect for active little minds and bodies. They loved having class outside and playing. These amazing teachers are so much more than just “teachers”. This way of learning and style isnt for everyone. However for us, there is no better way. I am just upset that it was only until kindergarten.

5 /5 Hannah Thomas: Oh how we love MWM!! Both of my kids had the best early learning experience you could ask for. They are 5 and 7 now, and the habits that were instilled at Montessori are still benefiting them even now. It is no question that operating this school is Cindy’s calling. The way she interacts with the little ones is amazing. And I honestly don’t know how Cindy finds her teachers - they are the best and exactly who you would want your kids to be around. They are like family :)
