5 /5 Lisa Hall: This was our second visit to Arnaud’s. Last year we dined in the Jazz Bistro. Once again a lovely dinner and evening. The food was wonderful! Presentation, service, everything first class. Your staff was superb. I recognized the woman who has been promoted to Captain from the bistro. I showed her our picture from last year and we had the same waiter! I manage a restaurant in a resort town and I enjoy experiencing and observing the operations of other restaurants.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt refined yet welcoming—an ideal setting to close out the year and honor a milestone birthday. The service was attentive, professional, and thoughtfully paced, allowing our evening to feel relaxed and special rather than rushed. Every detail reflected care and intention, creating an experience that felt both intimate and celebratory. The ambiance, coupled with the quality of the dining experience, made the evening truly memorable. It is a high end restaurant with a decent selection of foods period one of the issues we had.You can see circled in one of the pictures was that the fish dish had this piece of what looked like a staple attached to it or something.Im not sure what it was, but it was definitely not a part of the fish or it didnt belong there. They did offer to replace the fish dish. But it was towards the middle. So everyone else was already done. Eating by the time it was found. And it was taking off the bill, but I feel like being a party of 6 with a $600 bill. It should have been a little bit more of something done besides just taking a meal off that wasnt eaten . The banana fosters was a nice presentation, but by the time it was served to me.The ice cream was all melted and it was more like vanilla milkshake, with pieces of banana. The Tres leches cake was very dry it was nothing like ive ever had before and Im hispanic so I know a hood tres leches. I was not a huge fan of it.

5 /5 Jon Marco: What a great weekend. Able to try Galatoires and Arnauds in the same weekend! Did the jazz brunch here. In the argument between which is better of the two, it of course depends! Based on the less-clubby clientele at Arnauds, the atmosphere, and the food, Im in the Arnouds camp. I loved everything. The service, food, and atmosphere - especially the bar area. It has all the classic dishes but what really stood out was the Strawberries Arnaud. It was one of the top desserts I have had this year. The waiters were a bit less formal, though formal enough. And its not as loud as Galaroires. Both are great - but this will be a return for me.

5 /5 Davis borders: We are here in the fall of 2023. The experience we had was out of this world. The food was incredible, and the level of service made me feel so welcomed. As someone who worked with the public for 8 years, having someone tell me that they’d take care of any minor faux pas with no bother made me feel almost guilty, but when I saw the front of house staff brush our table with combs I knew I was in for something special. My dessert was a perfectly cooked Baked Alaska, and they asked if we wanted Jazz at our table. We were serenaded by the best live arrangement of “Fly Me to the Moon” that I could have ever hoped for. This night was such a magical experience. I thank all the staff and the people of New Orleans for allowing us to experience this.
