1 /5 Hannah Lando-Tripp: Menu prices are not accurate. Prices being charged are significantly higher than the prices in the menus provided. Menus are considering legally binding contracts. If the prices consumers are being charged are different from the ones shown in the menu it needs to be clearly communicated. There is a chalkboard to the left when you walk in where a message is written at the bottom about prices increasing (photo included), understandably given the economic state of our country. But the message does not say that the prices are not yet updated in the menu, it just says there has been an increase so for customers that arent familiar with their prices there is no way for us to know that the menus provided are a version that is not up to date. Also, the host stand is to the right so customers are less likely to see the board thats to the left in a corner. This is illegal and if there is some loophole that lets them get away with this its incredibly manipulative and disrespectful to their customers. I understand prices needing to be increased, but there needs to be transparency regarding prices. The message on the board is not sufficient, as it does not clarify that the menus prices arent accurate. As customers we were never told the menu prices are inaccurate, and that information was not posted anywhere in the establishment available to us. Everything is $2-3+ more expensive than on the menu. Apparently this change went into effect early this week, but menus will be updated sometime later this week. The food and service was amazing, but this is incredibly unacceptable from management.
