1 /5 Sandra Ford: Purchased Captain Ds today, was the worst I have ever gotten. Called and spoke with the manager and was told that it was the same fish as usual. I know this wasnt the fish Ive gotten in the past, the fish had the texture of cotton and it was soft and soggy. The crust wasnt even crispy. Will not ever go back to Captain Ds in Ruston Louisiana. EVER!!

2 /5 Phranses Williams: Lawd knows I must love my father. I pulled up at 8:27pm and Im still waiting in the drive through. Im almost to the window, there are 2 cars ahead of me. Its 9:07pm now. This is not knew and the one reason I never come here on my own desire. And itll be the one reason I never come back. My father can waste an hour of his own time! Friends, dont do it. You know the food is going to be cold. I finally got my food at 9:16pm. Smh... I know there is a lesson in here somewhere.

2 /5 Melanie Williams: Walked in and didnt get greeted at all, thats ok, but there was a girl at the counter straight up staring out into the distance. She only snapped out of it when someone went through the drive through. There were workers and what I assume was a manager were sitting in the lobby being a bit loud. That didnt last too long. But after we got our order,the drive though girl had sat down on the other side of us and got really irritated that someone came through. I went to the bathroom,it stank to high heck. The food was good.......

1 /5 James Cromwell: I ordered the Number 1. The "Giant Fish Sandwich". This is what I got. I asked if this was the normal amount of fries that came with the meal. Her response to me was, "Thats not enough for you?" I was told that this was the normal amount and that I couldnt have anymore. The fish on the sandwich also wasnt even hot, calling it warm would be a stretch. I definitely wont be eating here again.
