4 /5 Justin Jimmy Wilson: Food was delicious. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because they didnt have the first 2 items I had chosen on the menu so I was a bit disappointed. Service was awesome jus when I had a question the person serving me couldnt answer it but also not their fault. Necessary training had not been implemented. Will be back tho

1 /5 Mikaela Jenkins: We went in, there were literally 3 tables including ours. There were at least 4 servers standing at the front counter plus 2 additional workers at the bar. We sat there for 18 minutes, no one came to take our drink order much less our food order. No chips or salsa.... NOTHING. After waiting for 20 minutes with no service,we left. As we walked out all the servers were still at the front counter doing nothing. One was adjusting her nose ring. Will not go back.

1 /5 Steve Davis: I have been going here for years and had decent Mexican food and margaritas. On my most recent visit with a friend who also has eaten here for years, he ordered a margarita and when it came he immediately noticed it was different. He said it tasted like a mix not the bar blended ones we had gotten in the past. he called the waitress over to discuss this with her and she had no answers for his questions regarding the difference between what he ordered in the past and what he just got. He asked for the bartender tp come over. A young man approached the table and proceeded to deleiver the worst customer service I have experienced in a restaurant in many years. He did not listen, he was defensive toward my friend and when my friend just said" I dont like this margarita , can I get just vodka and orange juice" the bartender than asked him what kind of vodka, my friend said does not matter, house bottle is fine" and the bartended then said " Well I dont want to bring you something you wont drink since you are a picky customer" He said it in a condescending and judgmental manner. At no point did he say " Sir, Im sorry , what can I do to get you what you want " or similar. It was just condescension and attitude. It was at this point I injected myself into the conversation as I could see my friend getting angry. When I tried to get the bartender to simply explain why the magarita was different from what we had in the past, he had no explanation not attempted to explain how they make the margarita and brushed me off like I was unimportant. My friend then said , "give me Titos vodka ". They brought him the drink , he took a sip and could not even detect vodka. He was so upset at this point , we decided to leave without ordering. So he asked for the check and they sent him the bill with both drinks on it. When he explained to the waitress that he should not be charged for the 1st drink, she said it was policy to do so. So he paid for both , we walked out and we vowed to never return. Instead we went around the corner to the new Mexican place and had a delightful experience. We will never go back to Don Juans. The food is average, the drinks have been watered down and the service is substandard.
