This time, my brisket was mostly fat (understandable, it was 1330 when I got it), but the taste of metal is whats getting me. I hope to God I dont get sick, because after some gum and a drink, I still taste metal. Horrid aftertaste. Reminds me.of the hot aids in the field lol.

5 /5 Kelsey Mathias: I was in town for work. The food was absolutely delicious. The étouffée, gator, meat pie, po boy, pecan pie…I ate there three days in a row and loved everything I ate. Wish we had Cajun food this good back home. And the people working were an absolute delight!
