2 /5 Ruth Hayes: Today, drove from Houston to get some boudin and cracklin. Store hours listed states store open until 7:00pm. When we arrived @ 6:50pm, a young lady was getting in her car. She greeted me by saying they were closed. When I questioned her why because it wasnt 7:00pm, she then told me that they close at 6:45pm. I tried to appeal to her telling her we came all the way from Houston. Asked her if she would please serve us because it still wasnt 7:00pm.She only said that she was sorry cause her register was already shut down. She spoke to me the whole time from her car window and seem to only care about leaving. Im very upset about wasting my time and gas. I love their product but felt this was pretty bad customer support and service. I understand sometimes business gets slow and sometines u close early but in this case, I believe the store hours listed should have been honored. I hope this practice is changed in the future or the store hours is changed to 6:45pm or earlier to reflect the time service wont be available. This would be Very considerate for customers like me who come a long way for their product.
