1 /5 KaNeisha Washington: I went here on Friday 05/16/25 around 5:30am. I order the 10lb crawfish special ectra spicy which was 52.00 plus tax 2lb of shrimp and a sprite which brought my total to 96.00 dollars even cause I paid with cash of they charge if you use a card. When I made it home in ruston approximately 10 minutes away, I had 2 bags of crawfish, one bag was cold, the other hot, no seasoning at all, every potatoe was under cooked, I bit off every potatoe in hopes of finding a soft one, thats one thing I love about eating good hot an spicy crawfish you can bit on a soft potatoe to cool your mouth down, well not here, I had to put some old bay and zatarains seafood boil in order for the crawfish to have seasoning and taste, the shrimp was good, my husband and I couldnt eat the crawfish we threw them in the trash outside I called them to inform them of my disappointment the young lady that take your order said Im sorry it was not to your liking, WE did cook that batch real quick, so I stated that explains why the potatoes was not fully cooked, she apologize again I said thats not going to make up for the 52.00 dollars I wasted on those crawfish, she said would you like to speak to her manager and did have to saying anything because he got on the phone, he informed that Chervon on tech drive has Good crawfish and hung up the phone. Well sir you are absolutely correct, thats where my husband do get our crawfish and I get my shrimp from you guys cause your shrimp are better than chevron, I will never come her again due to poor customer service, rudeness and NASTY crawfish!!!!
