5 /5 David Copeland: A weekend getaway trip brought us to town, and glowing reviews brought us in the door. Got the shrimp n grits and Legacy Omelet. Man the sauce on those grits was sooooooo tasty.

5 /5 M Ward: Home cooking at its finest. It takes time to be this good. Best potato salad ever. Everything else was nearly as good. Voodoo egg rolls are to die for.

5 /5 Eric Sutherland: Serendipitous place... Wasnt expecting the little oasis that it is. Soul food meets health food. I walked in to the place with a hip but relaxed BoHo feel piping in smooth jazz - but really just functional. Food was a great mix between comfort food and fresh/healthy dishes. I really enjoyed my homemade vegetarian black bean burger that was falling apart like a sloppy Joe with sides of salty turnip greens and a fresh fruit cup. Inspirational vibes underlie the restaurants purpose to support the local community and it added to the flavors. I do think the offerings could be improved a bit (upscale the buns and tweak the potato salad recipe) but the current value is hard to beat as is. Ill be back!

5 /5 Ashley Whitaker: We came for the grits & fried fish but they didn’t have it. So we got fried fish, fried shrimp, wings, hush puppies and some really good sweet kool-aid! This place is really good! If we have another softball game we sure would come again.
