1 /5 Jordan Bell: I’m absolutely disgusted by the service that was given by the “stir manager” Anthony at the Popeyes in Donaldsonville (Store 2700). The young lady with the blonde braided wig got the order wrong THREE times! A coupon code was given for a meal and she stated it didn’t work. So a meal was ordered on a retail price basis. When arrived to the window, she got the drink wrong several times. Then gave us what we didn’t order. So when I asked her to correct it, she said “No, go around and reorder. We asked for the order to be corrected again and she became argumentative. We asked for a manager and she slammed the window in our face. From there, Mr. Anthony the store manager approached the window with his chest puffed out with an attitude. When we explained to him what happened, instead of him correcting it as a manager should do and apologize, he says “Instead of you doing this with me you could’ve gone back around and ordered your food. We asked for a refund and he refused to do so. From there, he became even more rude. When we asked for names, he slammed the window in our face. This is POOR service. Instead of fixing the problem, you became very rude. Poor example of leadership and customer service by both of them.
