2 /5 Lisa Posey: Ordered online and paid. We pulled up to drive thru where 5 people stood at front counter, and conversed amongst themselves. I made eye contact with several people including management. No one would acknowledge us. Waited 5 minutes before she finally turns picks up my order that had been there the whole time. Shoves it out the window. Im literally speechless. No thank you or so sorry for blatantly ignoring you for 5 minutes. She turns around and walks off. Wow. This customer service is BAD!
