1 /5 Ida Truelove: We ordered two 2 PC meals. The total was 23.39. It was a breast and wing with a side of mashed potatoes. A breast and leg with a side of mashed potatoes, two sweet teas and an extra small side of mashed potatoes. Sounds accurate. Get around to get it and they say the drinks werent included and charged an additional 8.08 for two large sweet teas. They say they only had Large and Small. Get the drinks and they are literally a small or medium cup. Anyone who has ever gotten a large at Popeyes knows the cups are bigger and shaped differently. I took pictures. Get home and open both boxes. They didnt even grace us with the dry biscuits or plastic wear to eat with. The mashed potatoes barely had gravy on any of the three I paid for. So I paid 31.47 for two meals, didnt get it all, got cheated out of sizes on the drinks and the chicken was dry and a bit overcooked, or maybe it had been cooked and in the warmer for too long. With the rise in costs throughout the country, when folks do eat out and they spend that much ON TWO MEALS we would appreciate better class. This makes me want to never eat here again. Why waste my hard earned money at a place that cant take pride in their work, serve dry overcooked food and over charge the crap out of us. This isnt the first time I have thought about never returning here but you can bet its the last. Ive never written a review about this place in hopes that it got better after some time or maybe it was an off day but unfortunately after multiple times, different day and time of the week, its obvious they just flat out dont care. Dont waste your money here, drive down to the next town and get food. Why are we all just accepting crappy work at these food chains? In my job, if I do crappy work I get fired and they hire someone who will do the work. This review is for the Jonesboro Louisiana location.
