5 /5 GlitterFactory 1: Easy to find location. Soda machine needs a revamp.... pretty worn looking. Inside was clean. Parking lot was clean too. Fast service, politely greeted... hot food.

2 /5 Brock Herron: Do not mobile order to save time. I put in a mobile order 8 min prior to arrival because I thought it would save time. When I got here they told me to get in line. There was 7 people ahead of me. I had already paid on the app so I was forced to stick it out. When it was my turn to give my name I learned they hadn’t prepared anything. After filling up my own drinks (coke was flat btw) and waiting for a few min they told me they were waiting on fillets and it would be another 5-6 min wait… I was in a hurry and this experience ended up costing me 3-4 times longer than normal. The food is great, staff was nice considering the circumstances but the mobile ordering option is very mis leading and caused me to be late for a meeting. Why have a mobile order option if it doesn’t save time?? It’s supposed to let you know that I’m coming so the food is ready when I get there. Update: Thanks for responding and taking an interest in my experience today. 3 /5 Donald Woodall: Did not get my order correct. Ask for 1 potatoes and gravy, got 2, ask for 2 coleslaw, got 1, ask for 2 beans and rice, got none, ordered 12 meal, white meat, got mixed. Person taking order didnt seem to pay attention.
