Sonic Drive-In - Arcadia (LA)

1 /5 Charles Goines: Ordered pickup through the Sonic app that said the Arcadia La location opened at 6am. I even Googled the hours for this location and it said 6am as well. After arriving to pick up my order that the app said would be ready by 6:21am, only to find the location closed. I waited until someone got there at 6:30am only to be informed that this location opens at 7am. Im not sure why the hours are incorrect, but they are!! I would have left, but I had paid by credit card through the Sonic app!!!!

3 /5 RANDY MILLER: I was driving thru and stopped for a quick dinner. It was far from quick, it took a while for the food to come out and I even ordered it before I got there on the app. The food runner was super nice she came out to tell me they had no ice and couldn’t make my strawberry limeade. She gave me a blast instead I was happy. If it hadn’t been for the 15 minute wait on my food and that my food came out cold it would have been an ok place. Just please clean the outside it was filthy.

If the point of the app is to carry you through every step of the way, and I am still sitting here 30 minutes after they have cleared out my order, then how is Sonic being held accountable for bad customer service? The timers are there for accountability. Sonics receive awards for getting customers in and out but when they are clearing the orders way before delivering them, then they are liars. Below is a picture of my food….oh wait, it’s still not here.

1 /5 Paul Simpson: We arrived at this location and tried to order a slush but the slush machine was broken. So, we ordered cherry lime aids and they said they were out of sprite. They didn’t have anything available or they just didn’t want to come out in the 99 degree weather and stay in the air conditioning instead of serving us. We left without service. Sad, we have always enjoyed Sonic but more and more we find the service and quality has gone down. I expect the company will go out of business soon.
