Sonic Drive-In - Lake Providence (LA)

1 /5 M VM: I placed an order on my app and it took one hour from the time I ordered to actually get my food. I tried politely ask an employee about it and she was very rude with her response. I had to get out and find the manager to get my order. I had somewhere I had to be and had already paid for my order. I would’ve been fine getting my money back but they went ahead and brought my order. My water was gross and I threw it out.

1 /5 cheree savage McDuffie: I ordered online, got to stall to check in. As usual app has issues, will not let me check in. I moved to a stall to call and let them know I could not check in with app, so they could just bring my food out. I was told told they took my food out to SOMEONE, well it wasnt me. I showed them where I pd online. I talked to the manager, got the feeling he thought I was lying about getting the food . I mean seriously Im not gonna scam someone for 3 grilled cheese, PLEASE !! They did make my food and gave it to me. Its not my fault it was delivered to wrong car, thats your employees responsibility. I do not appreciate being made to feel like Im lying. I WILL NOT return to this place !!

1 /5 Michael Brantley: We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Then we asked if we could get our money back cause we had somewhere to go, we was told okay. Then we waited another 15 minutes and nothing ever happened. I got charged 18 bucks and wasted almost an hour of my time for absolutely nothing. Id like to get my $18 dollars back
