1 /5 Sally Jo: The staff is not friendly and the vegetables look horrible. Some of my friends Want do this, is a small town. I’m sure you know that. I was an apartment Mgr for 43 yrs. I know you would want to know if your employees are falling short, so your business doesn’t fail. Love your product and the,veggies have to go. Customer Service is everything I go to Bossier City when I buy for large subs For showers, weddings, university for team players,etc. I hope you know it’s consideration for you, God Bless your company and family

5 /5 Faith Pearson: Great Subway!! These restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one was great. The lady making our sandwiches was kind, patient, and didn’t skimp out on any ingredients. The interior was clean and the bathrooms were even clean! Will go back again

1 /5 Emily Jones: They were out of pretty much everything and the worker than was rude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She charged more than she was supposed to and wouldn’t listen when I tried telling her she charged extra. And the sandwich was very poorly made and the meat tasted bad. Never going back to this location.

Their customer service skills were pretty dry, they seemed to not Be in a decent mood as far is communicating Is concerned or being friendly.. When I Inquired about One of the new cookies The the cashier was rather dry in response and Very short with little to no information about the product in question. Where placed and paid for the manager proceeded to doing inventory, While the cashier stayed behind the register but then got on her phone.. Placing a personal call while on the clock. Not to be funny, but she seemed more interested in her personal call tha1n giving adequate feedback to customers.
