4 /5 Heather: I acknowledge my group were not the nicest folks to handle if youre a restaurant worker. But thats mostly just because they were growing impatient waiting to be sat. We had made a reservation for 4:00 p.m. and it took a long time to get sat, maybe like 45 minutes or so. I think around 4:40 p.m. they offered us a table but I made the decision to wait 10 to 15 minutes longer for the nicer table, thats on me. But still, I think there should have been some kind of way for the restaurant to be more prepared because we had a reservation already. Ive worked in restaurants before and so I get it that its sort of hard to coordinate telling a table that they need to get up or something but there needs to be some kind of way to do that because its not really fair to the people who made a reservation. If its simply a matter of booking 2 different people at a bad time in relation to each other then maybe thats something that the team at the chimes can think about. Anyway the foods not bad, our server Josh was really great and patient and nice. And its a really nice atmosphere, really nice restaurant, really cute/cool concept too with the boardwalk in the back and the goats and kayaking. Nice, quality place to go for dinner.
