Rule of thumb for guests, if you see there is only one window labeled "pick up" and you havent yet placed your order please dont allow the line of cars behind you to sit and wait over 30 minutes for your food to be ready.. especially if you notice one was previously parked waiting for a while before they drove up behind u in the line.... the staff should also be cognizant of this and ask you to park to the side to wait. Putting that aside oce I finally got our now cold food, I had to come back to get our drinks they forgot and when I did get them they were small and there was no effort to even make any kind of reimbursement or drink upgrade to make up for the long wait and oversight. Finally we get home to eat and the ranch I paid extra for was missing.... I hate negative reviews but just too much occurred to overlook
