5 /5 clyde Thomas: wow. i really like this place. i usually order alacarte appetizers & sides. never am i disappointed. house tokyo soup is delicious. the onion petals (tempura style) is so filling & has a delightful crunchy texture with the very rich spicy mayo sauce on the side. it is enough for several people as an appetizer. i always get a cast iron pot of jasmine green tea. often also get a side salad (squid or octopus or seaweed). when appropriate to my schedule I enjoy a bottle of japanese beer which is very reasonably priced for an import. usually pay less than $20 for light lunch. today i noticed many nearby customers announcing that they really enjoyed their meal. my server was very very friendly & recognized me as a repeat patron. i will be back.
