1 /5 Shaniqua: Horrible management and horrible service. The manager lied when I asked for a refund and stated they needed the GM there in order to do a refund which is a complete loe. Ive worked in fast food long enough to know that is not the case. They gave me a sloppy small wrap and it demonstrated no care for what they do,possible poor hygiene and keep up in addition to a lack of consistency with other wendy chains that do what they are SUPPOSE TO. No one should ever go there and let that place shut down since they do not like their job and they rather lie then give customer service.
