3 /5 Jacqueline Stephens: I went in to enjoy brunch, just me. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My server was AWESOME throughout my entire visit. The guy that brought my food out was a little snooty and dismissive even after I spoke. He was dressed as if he was management. My food tasted great (5 stars for sure). Well done chef. I decided to try the Dreamscicle Martini. The drink in the picture. It tasted horrible. I took two sips just in case the first sip wasn’t mixed well. I told my server I didn’t like it at all. She took it up, still full, just as she deliver it to me. Later she came back and said the manager isn’t willing to take it off my tab. I asked if I could substitute it for something else of equal value or cheaper and I will still pay the price of the bad martini. She said the manager said “no but you can take it with you.” Basically I paid $12 for a martini that was barely touched and the manager didn’t care to show his/her face to try to work with me to achieve customer satisfaction. Basically don’t try anything new just in case it’s terrible. Management wants your money no matter how bad it is. I paid my tab, tipped and thanked my waitress, and left. The experience was ok.
