3 /5 Mrs. K. Firmature: My first impression of this business as a new customer was pleasant going by just the looks of the restaurant. It was cute and tucked away in a good location. Upon entering,I was greeted by the cashier in a friendly manner. She helped me decide what to order and held polite conversation with me.I ordered a plate lunch with brisket, sweet potatoes and cornbread dressing. My order, without a drink, came to right at $20.When I opened the box, I was disappointed with a small portion for the price. I felt it was lacking and would be more appropriate for a child. The taste was good but I felt like I could make the dressing better at home.Overall, good food but not enough for the price and taste left something to be desired. I did, however like the old pictures on the wall of who I assumed were of the family who started the restaurant. It was better than having to cook but I was disappointed.
