I drove from opelousas to get the repairs done they treated me like family when giving me an estimate that is why I had them do the repairs for me .... please note that now C & B Auto Body Shop is under new ownership ( Keith and Brandy Lancon ) Do not go by old reviews on their web site ...... These guys are amazing and do fantastic work ...Thanks again for repairing our QX50S. !!!!!

dan kellum Had a mint 2006 300 SRT8 70,000 MILES ... untill some guy backed up into my baby. Look at pics and be the judge. Would you have been happy? Heard a few people say this place was good. Talked to the shop and showed them how clean and show quality it was and how I expect that quality back. Assured me it would go back to that.. They put a used rusty hood, not aligned proper, a Taiwan fender, never sanded anything just used some adhesive stuff to make the paint stick. Fish-eyes, orange peal and chips painted over. When asked about wet sanding and buffing it, he told me I dont trust my guys to do that. Will be having someone redo their work. Look at the pics and you can decide.

Liza Jane I have had my car worked on by Mr. Billy twice in the last three years due to accidents. After the service I received following my first accident, LA Auto Collision was my first choice after my second one. Mr. Billy is very honest and upfront with information and pricing. If there’s any issue after you get your vehicle back, you can call him up and he will continue to help you until all the bugs are worked out. He keeps up with local shops when he has to refer you vehicle elsewhere. He is always willing to answer any questions you have throughout the entire process, if he doesn’t have an answer, he will work to get you one. My car looked like it had never been wrecked both times! I will continue to use and refer others to LA Auto Collision!!

Mateo Campos I left my duramax at a local dealership service department for 2 weeks with electrical issues. I paid over $1000 in repairs, but the issues were never fixed. I took it to Norman’s, and they had it fixed within 4 hours for less than $150. His receptionist was knowledgeable and courteous, and his expertise speaks for itself. I will return for any future services.

Trey Hebert Brought my car to them and told them I thought something was wrong with the front of my car. They called me back 3 days later to tell me that my only issue was my back brakes. I then purchase the back brakes and change them, only to find out that my back brakes are still in decent shape, and my car is still making the same noises. I then decide to purchase the front brakes, and when I take the tire off, I have no brake pad at all left on one tire and the rotor has indentions in it. There is no excuse for a mechanic shop to miss something this blatant.

Angelica Derouen CASH ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. They are extremely knowledgeable of their trade. They were honest and didnt bs me. (I know because I asked the same questions to multiple places.) Fair warning though for people with allergies and asthma, they occasionally smoke inside. It wasnt overpowering and didnt bother me one bit, but if you are sensitive to things like that for health reasons, send someone else inside to do the talking.

Herardo Absolutely Miserable Experience If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Walking into this DMV feels like stepping into a government-run purgatory designed to drain your soul. The wait times are laughably long—bring a tent and a week’s supply of food because you’ll probably age a few years before your number gets called. The employees? A delightful mix of apathy and hostility. It’s as if they were specifically trained to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Smiling must be against the policy because I didn’t see a single one.

Kay Mitchell This place is a complete scam , had my car sitting there for 2 weeks and nobody returning my phone calls , they made me buy expensive car parts that I later found out that wasn’t broken from the start and it was also installed wrong , I have BMW these people have missing screws , and clamps that’s broken , they just forced everything back in to make it fit , I took my car to bmw they say they found tie straps holding everything together, that’s so unreal , I ask them for a refund and they refuse to help me at all , I spent thousands so far and I can’t just let this slide. I need justice

Marisha Robertson Ricky gave an estimate of $800 to change my AC condenser however the condenser had been changed within the last year. I brought my vehicle to the dealership for a second opinion. $98 dollars later and added freon- problem solved. I am just disgusted by the attempt to overcharge me and “fix” something that wasn’t broken!

Ray Rae Brought my car here & regret it. They used cheap aftermarket parts on my car , lights that werent compatible or the correct lights for my car , they didnt secure any part that they put on, So it can just fall off if u hit a bump. They didnt plug anything that they unplugged back, lost tire lugs & didnt replace . The paint job was cheap & started to chip. Very sloppy work & just want to pocket every penny they can get but spend nothing on the parts that ur insurance paid for.
