While the oil leak was completely unrelated to my oil change, they took a look at it and topped me off for free.

Arron Schwarz We came into town for the Watermelon Festival and had a tire blow out on our trailer. The wonderful people at the event loaded us and the tire up and took us to Chance’s. They had us fixed up within a few minutes. 100% recommend Chance’s.

Andrew Martineau Got some body work done on one of my vehicles, and it came back in excellent condition. There was a little bit of a wait to actually get my vehicle in the shop, but that was due to the wait on parts coming in. Ill definitely be back in the future for anything else that arises.

AutPops Art Amazing people to work with, patient and caring. It is difficult for me as a single dad with two cognitive disabled teens to get the car to be worked on. They were understanding and made sure everything was sorted for me. They went out of their way to help me out when they didnt have too. Everyone I have spoken to was kind and polite. Greg King I’ve gone to Joe’s before and I always get the best treatment. They are all so nice, do the tire job as fast as they can . I just got 4 new tires that were recommended by Ms.Sue. She tried to find the best tires for me, that I could afford. The new tires have improved the ride & quietness so much!!! I’m very happy with my new tires! Would not go anywhere else!!!!! Thanks for running such a great place!!! The one negative & the ONLY one is the chairs are really hard & uncomfortable!! Chris King

Eddie Bozeman My employer had a major problem with a delivery vehicle, and local shops were telling him 2 weeks before they could look at it and one said they couldnt fix it at all. Wayne Gray at Grays Auto said bring it to me and Ill see what I can do. We took it to him on Thursday around noon and on Friday afternoon, he called to say it was ready. The service was outstanding and the cost very reasonable. Mr Gray and his mechanics got us out of a serious bind, and we thank them.

Alexis Bayne Forgot to write a review on some past work i had done to my Mercedes. My car, being a Benz, was taken care of perfectly & swiftly by Mr.Bradshaw and his team. I had my back bumper replaced from being hit in the rear. They were able to work around my work and have it back to me quickly in time for me to go home and handled my insurance as well. Ive known these people for awhile now and they do great work. If they say they are going to do it, they do it. Always a pleasure Bradshaw Crew!

Dewayne William Went here for some motor work left with transmission problems. Left with more problems than the car started with. Ended up having to sale car. Owner gave me run around for almost 3 months after no progress. stating that machine shop was the problem, and also from him having health problems and all. You go here for one thing you gonna end up replacing another. very unprofessional. 10 guys sitting around shop and only one knows what he’s doing. Rip off shop.

billy hancock Granddaughter was in Bernice Louisiana when her car wouldnt start. While she was getting her car jumped I was on the phone calling Taylor and Sons Automotive in Farmerville. Granddaughter has to drop off some groceries and then went to Farmerville, the shop was waiting for her. Tested her car, changed battery,took payment over the phone and granddaughter was gone. Family members around Farmerville -Downsville area have high recommendations for them Sure helped me.
